took my car there 3 times in the last month....made an appt each time...still waited over an hour the first 2 times for my car to be moved from where i parked it. today, wasted 4 hours of my morning having my car on the lift with the rear tires taken off, while steadily working on other cars. this place is a huge waste of time

Before you left the shop today, we gave you a refund and each time you came to the shop, we explained that the work would take a long time and would require you to wait and offered you meals while you did.
