I wish I could write a review on the actual service but I'm pretty disappointed that we never even got to that point. An employee from Evans came out to discuss the project we wanted done and to take measurements and I was told I would receive an estimate via email in 7-10 days. I waited 14 days and never received one. I called their office and talked to someone who said he would pass along my message to the guy who came out to our house. Ordered 10 bags of mulch and paid over $72 for local deliver fee (within 10 miles of their location). When I got home I found the bags had been tossed from their truck and were broken open all over our driveway. There’s no way to email them photos, and when I called they had a bad attitude and really didn’t care. Promised to refund a portion of the delivery fee, but.very unprofessional in both delivery and telephone customer service. Won’t be doing business with them again.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. A bunch of arrogant rude idiots!!!
