Kiwi was mushy. A caí was not a good flavor. We have ordered many times and this was was a disappointment
Ordered a nutty butter bowl, no almost butter was added, this is the 2nd order in a row from this location that was incorrect.
Food is good but inconsistent - They are also constantly out of Acai... which seems problematic for a company where that is their flagship product.
Half our order was missing. Terrible experience.
I have had this a lot it is my favorite so today ordering the same thing i was expecting this amazing, fresh, well balanced "meal" well to my suprise it was very different it didnt have any vanilla that it normally comes with, the bananas are always fresh & just absolutely amazing. Also normally it has a great balance of chocolate & vanilla for some reason today it only had chocolate and alot of it, it didnt have the normal good balance of both, it also didnt have the "amazing, good looking(eat me) freshness-what so ever" I ... read more
The fruit on top was partially frozen from being stored overnight. The açaí itself was viscous, almost gelatinous in texture. Didnt feel so great after.
What I ordered and what I got was not even close. Very disappointing. A strAwberry and blueberry bowl came with bananas and kiwi and the other only had strawberries. The bases were wrong, etc.
I ord two of the same bowls and rec something else. Waste of my money had to throw it out
they were out of 4 items I had ordered on my bowl.
