The team at Everdry is incredible. We had water leaking in our basement and they fixed the problem! Everdry fixed the drainage issue around the exterior of our house and installed a drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. We haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend them.
Guaranteed their product and stood by it. The crew addressed all my questions and followed up with an additional supervisor. Everyone was very professional. Months after the service I saw that the moisture issues were returning. The Manager came out and said that we were among a low percentage of basements that needed additional air flow. So at Everdry's expense/guarantee, they had conditioned air installed to fix this problem. We are very happy with the work that Everdry Waterproofing did to help us with our water intrusion issue in the basement. They installed a system that addressed the problem outside of the house as well as inside the basement. Warranty renewal is fair, cost-effective, and helps to alleviate worry if something requires fixing/adjusting. Our system was installed the first of May. We could see a difference in the air in our house after the EZ-Breathe system was set up. The installation was started on the date we were given, they notified us when they arrived and departed and were very courteous. The job was completed in about 3 1/2 days. They cleaned up where they had been working, they explained everything very well and a follow up visit to answer questions was handled without a flaw. Water intrusion was pushing our basement out. The Everdry system stabllized that and now our crawlspace is dry.
Had my basement waterproofed in 2008. When the system was out in the crew was very professional and left the area as if they had never been there. System works great and have not had another problem.
