RecommendedThis is a great community and it is my home. There are a lot of friendly people, lots to do and an amazing, caring staff.
RecommendedI love living here. My apartment was new when I moved in just over a year ago. I have made many friends and the activities are available and fun The staff is friendly This is my home and I am comfortable here
RecommendedI am so excited to join the Evergreen Arbor Hills family! I moved in 2 weeks ago. My apartment was like "brand new", the people are all so friendly & outgoing, the staff is "top notch", and I just love it here!!
RecommendedI moved in Oct. 15th. I am very happy here. I love my apartment. And all of the activities. And the staff members are great. I could not be any happier.
The staff is rude, inconsiderate to older people. the building is not clean. the furniture in main room old and need new covers on chairs. They do not give you deposit back even if apartment is professionally cleaned. they have very little activities. Gate hasn't worked in 6 months. can't keep a permanent maintainance staff. most of the time bathrooms in main building unclean. the staff does not help residents with any kind of problem they have. Blame everything wrong it is not in budget
