Take everything back to the studs, reassign the entire area that previously had small kitchen, small dining area. Now we will have New everything! unknown Very responsive, made the process of getting an estimate pretty painless. Showed up when they showed up. Some follow-up as well so that was good.
We are remodeling our house and doing bathroom addition which is a very hard city to remodel in. My husband and I both work and we have four children. We initially tried to work with another architect and had a very difficult time and I really felt lost and overwhelmed. Great contractor! We had Everlast Construction build a room & kitchen addition on our home in SF and we couldn't be happier! We needed the space for our new baby and didn't have the time to build or plan it out ourselves. They came up with a fantastic layout that fit our needs perfectly. Everlast Construction did a wonderful job remodeling our home, kitchen addition and opening it up to our dining room and living room. The house is now so open, it is a joy to have company over as I am not hidden away in the kitchen. They did such a good job of keeping the work area sealed off from the rest of the house during construction. We had just purchased a new home. We have 3 kids and we wanted to move in before the school year started. We had trouble finding a contractor willing to start work,as soon as possible and for a reasonable price. Ari and his crew saved the day! They came in and went to work right away.
