My husband and I are ecstatic about our new kitchen and cannot sing EC's praises enough. We have already recommended them to all of our friends. Ariel and his project manager impressed us right off the bat when he first came to see our home and discuss our project. He climbed up into our attic to assess if our wall was load-bearing; a task every other contractor would not do and wanted to charge us for. Extremely happy with the results of my two bathrooms. This was our first bathroom remodel, so I had a lot of questions. The team were super patient and walked me through every step. And if I had some minor changes during the project, they were very cooperative and accommodating. More importantly, when they do projects, their team came in and work through the timeline diligently. We selected Everlast Construction to help us redo our guest bathroom by replacing the existing bath tub with a customized walk in tile shower. The project coordinator paid great attention to our needs and helped us with the design ideas. We were able to select the tiles, bathroom vanity etc from the great selection displayed in his showroom. Our project included a master bath, a guest bath, a walk-in closet and two smaller closets. My wife and I interviewed 4 contractors and it came down to Everlast Construction and another firm. Ariel won us over with his significant added-value in the design aspect. The other contractor was competent and both bids were similar cost-wise except it was Ariel who showed us a way to reconfigure the master bath in such as way as to maximize both the aesthetic and the functionality of the bathroom. He was friendly, prompt and thorough, Walked over and hosed entire roof, found a nail hole where I had detected a leak and fixed it. At my request, gave an opinion of the overall job (done by someone else) checked for leaks
Ariel and his band of top-notch subs rebuilt our master bathroom area and we couldn't be more pleased. We needed to remove reach-in closets, remove walls, add walls, change plumbing, add a Air & Jetted Jacuzzi tub, add a sky light, remove 2 windows and add & patch up a new window, add new vanity, mirror cabinets, linen closet, Install new Toilet, and a walk in shower. My mother purchased a home in Moraga and the bath and kitchen were original from the 1960s. After interviewing several contractors, we selected Gidon at Everlast Construction. Gidon's bid was not only reasonable, but he made good suggestions, listened and was very patient with my Mom who is in her 80s. The complete remodel of one of our bathrooms, add an additional 100 square feet and create a 9' pass through between the kitchen and family room was just completed by Everlast Construction last week.
