The service and staff here are phenomenal! I have honestly never been to an urgent care facility or even a hospital that took care of every need as much as these ladies do! Definitely best of Nac!
If you have to go to the ER this is the best one to go to! Very short wait, friendly and professional staff. Took my adult daughter here because we thought she might have pneumonia. So much better than Urgent Care places. And better than hospital ER because wait time is virtually nothing.
Staff was great, polite, and super helpful! Also gave me a goodie bag at the end of my visit which was a plus :)
I’ll never go anywhere else. They treated my two year old Carson like royalty and even this scared momma. Best customer service I think I have ever in this setting! Thank you Excel ER! The nurses and the doctor were absolutely amazing to my my little man!
The staff here treated me very Well! I feel as if the doctor diagnose me correctly. They answered all my questions and concerns they made me feel very comfortable. My mother is usually with me when i go to the doctor she knows all my medical information and they made me feel comfortable they offered to talk to her since she couldn't be there. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to here if you are having any illnesses!
