I can't express how happy I am with this place. Went to the er and they had a little old lady needing help, another lady with a broken arm and me doubled over in pain. No one was getting help. Excel went above and beyond. I had my kids with me and they were great with them as well as myself. They even call a few days later to make sure you are still okay. Not even a doctor's office will do that.
I have had the misfortune to have to go to a doctor this month and I chose EXCEL ER in Nac. And this some of the nicest people, they are super nice. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible and treat you like you are a person not just a "customer". I would recommend them over anyone else that I know of here in Nacogodoches. They go over every thing with you and answer any question you might have that they haven't already answered. A great place to be when your in need of medical.attention. I have never have to wait in the waiting room or in the exam room. Very professional and caring people.

The doctors and nurses were very nice. I highly recommend them. I had to go this afternoon cause I was in a lot of pain. Needless to say they took very good care of me and I feel so much better
My husband got excellent care. The whole staff were very kind caring and knowledgeable. My husband had an xray and ultrasound then needed transfer to the hospital. That took some time but while we were there we both were taken care of and updated often .Excel Er is a great place that Nacogdoches Texas needs. I would go here hands down over going to the Hospital ER
