RecommendedBest Freestanding ER in Amarillo. Wonderful, caring nurses and doctors.
Will only prescribe medicine that insurance won’t pay for at a cost of $350. Refused to prescribe many of the alternatives on the market. Ended up having to wait the entire weekend until I could call my GP on Monday and get alternate meds.

I got two x-rays and a shot, and it only cost me $11,660.00. On June 3, I was visiting my daughter and her family in Amarillo. While playing with my 8-year-old grandson, I fell on my right shoulder. Later that night I went to Exceptional Emergency Center on Coulter near the medical center to have x-rays to see if I broke anything. They took two x-rays of my shoulder, gave me a shot for pain and sent me on my way. The doctor said nothing was broken and that I probably had a severe shoulder sprain.
