I came to Exceptional Emergency Center to get swabbed for COVID and was greeted with respect from all staff! The nurse that took me back, took my vitals and swabbed me was very pleasant and caring! I recommend them, especially for the rapid COVID test!
They worked so quickly and professionally for our littles injury. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Thank you!
They where very professional and very quick! I felt very comfortable that I was in good hands and the follow up calls the next day was even better! I felt as if they really cared about me and my health. Also, they work directly with my insurance to make sure everything is covered !

I have been having severe abdominal pains with unrelenting vomiting off and on for almost 7 weeks now. I have been to 5 different hospitals and 2 different ER walk in places between Beaumont, Baytown, and Houston. Most of my tests at all places came back normal and I was dismissed as either a lunatic or a drug seeker even though they could physically see me throwing up every few minutes and they had blood and urine that they could test and see I wasn't on anything.
