My 5 year old son and I went to Exceptional Care yesterday evening to get rapid covid tests. In 3.5 hours we weren’t seen so we left. In that time, only four people were called back, 2 emergency and 2 others, and 8 patients walked out (including us). They need to manage things better. That’s a lot of business to lose. The receptionists were nice but didn’t seem to care that people were walking out. I won’t be going back. It was very hard for my son to sit that long!

Nurses are polite and very attentive. Unfortunately the doctor I saw gave me several lectures about how I shouldn’t be taking medications for my health issues. I was in pain but since I have a prescription for pain medication she treated me like I was a junkie looking for a fix. I knew something wasn’t right so I went to Golden Triangle Emergency and turns out it was a kidney stone.

Husband waited 3 hours to be seen, left without ever being seen or treated. Other emergencies showed up that should have actually gone to a hospital emergency room. Thoroughly disappointed, staff failed to communicate, inefficient, etc.

I wen in expecting I had the COVID. What could be worse? Dr Lache (Lake) got my attention when she said “You don’t have COVID and you don’t have the flu, but you are a very sick man. Your blood pressure is extremely low (something like 67/45) and you need to be in a hospital”. She took a chest X-ray, blood test, and urine sample. Diagnosis- Septic Shock, pneumonia, UTI, all of which made my blood pressure extremely low. A few hours later I was in intensive care in the hospital. Seven days later I made it home. Horrible service here. Was here before 6 pm today and the nurse that was there was so ugly and rude. Didn’t get her name but skinny, black hair, black scrubs.glasses. If you don’t like being a nurse and caring for extremely sick people then get another profession! Walked out . Went to Altus where you are welcomed- throwing up or not. Yes let’s put a mask on while we are throwing up!

Practitioner was rude and all the girls at the front desk do is sit on their butts. No one smiles or makes anyone feel welcome. Go somewhere else if possible.

I had a appointment set for 8:00 a hour and a half passed never was seen. What the point of a appointment?
