Just wanted to say that y'all are an amazing facility with amazing physicians, nurses, technicians, and staff! I've been there numerous times, and EVERY time, they took the BEST care of me, and I'll continue to go back in the future if I'm ever having any emergency health issues. They truly care about their patients, and will always go the extra mile for you. Thank you Excellence ER Garland!
Best ER I've ever been to. Checked in immediately, x-rays and diagnosis fast! In and out in a little over an hour!

I have left several reviews on the poor quality of servce you provide a patient that is constantly having diarreha and vomiting still till this day. The only service you could provide is gatorade. Several attempts to get a IV failed several attempts to just get blood work failed so the dr decided to just give me gatorade and send me out the door. Then was asked to pay my co payment for what a sip of gatorade of which I could not drink HELLO came in for vomiting and nausea horrible service and yet this was my second attempt t... read more

Worst experience they tried to start a IV no one could they couldn’t even draw blood pretty sad since your nurses. The doctor gave up and didn’t want to help me after the nurses couldn’t get blood work he just gave me Gatorade and sent me off. I am severely dehydrated I am unable to keep anything down or in. My blood pressure and heart rate was extremely high the dr didn’t want to do anything but make me drink Gatorade. That’s pretty sad you allowed a patient to leave in these conditions.
