The staff was extremely friendly and patient with me as I was checked in and my X-ray technician was awesome and made sure I was as comfortable as possible as she completed her job!!!! I would use Exceptional Urgent Care again and also recommend this facility to my friends and family!!!!

My son had a sudden pain in his ear along with ringing and muffled hearing. I needed to get him seen quick. After checking for wait times at other facilities Exceptional Urgent Care had the quickest available time. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the front desk staff and checked in promptly. They were so nice. We sat down and in less than 5 minutes we were triaged and roomed by Rosie. She was amazing!! My son is in the spectrum of autism and always gets pretty anxious about things. I was sick a few weeks ago but couldn’t find anyone that would test me for strep or the flu. Exceptional Urgent Care was able to get me an appointment the day that I called, tested me for strep, and gave me a RX. I will definitely be back because the staff and doctors are so amazing! Thanks for making me feel better and listening to my health concerns!
My roomie and I went to go get tested (Garland, Tx Location) - we were in line for 30-45 minutes and within that time NONE of the workers changed gloves or sanitized their hands. They were going car to car testing people - taking ID’s - etc. no safety precautions were taken other than their face shields. My roommate and I went to get tested for COVID19. We were in line for 30-45 minutes and not once did we see any of the testing staff change or sanitize their gloves. We tried to express our concern and we were told they have sanitizer (which they did, they just didn’t touch it at all).
