Carl and Noel were extremely helpful! I went in with my mom just to see what they had and Carl went above and beyond to find what we actually wanted. He measured several options around the store and found things that weren't available in the showroom. Changing fabrics didn't come with any additional fees and she got free delivery/assembly 3 days later. Customer service and great value with their promotions... What more could you want?! I was in the store and purchased a sectional(special order). My salesperson was Ken. The manufacturer was able to make make the change that I wanted but, the item was still too large. I called and spoke with management and they allowed me to select a different sofa that would fit my home!! I was so grateful that it was all worked out in 4 days. This is my fourth purchase with Exclusive Furniture!!! Happy Customer
