I bought a new 2025 Mercedes GLE 350 in Kentucky September of 2024 to be titled and registered in Indiana. I traded a 2022 Mercedes S500. To date executive title has not transmitted the necessary paperwork for either car to the Indiana BMV. So at present I am unable to drive my new car legally. Executives “white glove” service was absent for me. As of today the Indiana BMV has no paperwork from Executive. It’s been two months. Stay away. They tried to charge me over $600 more than the dmv. After I had to navigate through the drunk and homeless people outside the business
