We had several things wrapped in blankets that never made it to our new home. When items were delivered, we were given the forms to sign and told everything was off the truck. We then realized somethings in blankets never made it. When we filed a claim, we were told you did not notice at delivery, so to them everything was delivered. Shame on me for trusting them to actually deliver everything. I would not recommend as through out the move process, I had to ask for updates. Acted like they cared in the beginning but when several of our items went missing when the truck showed up in another state they took zero responsibility. Insurance was useless as they denied everything saying there wasn't proof the things were there to begin with. Items were damaged because they weren't even packed but just thrown on the truck. The packing fiasco was a whole other story not to mention they tore up the landscaping with their trucks. I would have taken legal action against them but moved out of state and... read more

There should be a multiple selection for the STARS, one for the office staff and one for the movers that actually do the work. The movers get FIVE STARS in my book. They did a wonderful job, were very courteous and took great care during the move. However, the office staff, for today really barely deserve 1 star. I have used Exodus Moving several times before but very disappointed in the office. There were many promises but they failed to follow through. Just not friendly.
