It was a pleasure to deal with Expert Wire, from scheduling an appointment for an estimate to having the work completed. Christian and Nate installed 2 ceiling fans and replaced hard wired smoke detectors. They were professional, pleasant and completed the job to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use Expert Wire for any future work.
The service man that came to my home was very polite, on time, worked very hard and finished a job which took some time. His name is Shane and if I ever need another job done (electrician) I will call Expert Wire and especially and particularly ask for Shane
Christian Ellsworth was dispatched to my house ahead of the scheduled appointment. He messaged me that he was on his way. I was not available earlier than the scheduled time and called the dispatcher and spoke to the scheduler, who contacted Christian and redirected him elsewhere BUT also confirmed that Christian would be at my house as previously scheduled. Matt K and Christian came today to give us an estimate for a stove hook up. We were expecting an estimate and then to schedule the work but we're pleasantly surprised that they were equipped to complete the work today. They were respectful of our home, answered all of our questions and put us at ease. We are so grateful to expert wire for having such great employees.
