We had a problem with our outdoor lights, so we called Express for help. The technician,Wallace, came to help us. He was very professional and courteous. When he left everything was working fine. I want to give a special thanks to Christina and Nancy for directing Wallace to us. They deserve a Thanks, as well.
Came out after hours, spent time to explain the scope of the work needed and various cost options. Jay was able to restore power late at night and came back the next day to finish the work. Very friendly and answered all of my questions.
This was a important need at our house and Jay fully met and exceeded our expectations. Pool lamp GFI failure brought Jay out who quickly identified the issue and we set a return day for repairs. This was nearly a day long effort but went very well and the quality of the work was beyond our expectations, everything is working and we are grateful. Thank you to Jay and the team.
