The staff are friendly & professional from the administration to Dr.Alexie himself. They are courteous to send you text messages when you have appointments always keep their client in mind. I can't say enough that Dr.Alexie and his staff rocks!! Did I mention you watch NetFlix too:)
First off - I don't like going to the Dentist, bad childhood memories. But this visit was a complete 180 deg. turnaround from those days. First off, the office is amazing, modern, very nicely decorated. The staff treated me like an old friend on my first visit, my insurance information was compiled and I recd a comprehensive report of what my benefits were and what was paid for. Having a Very Long History of going to a dentist, I must say in all honesty I have never experienced anything like this. Alexie has transformed the archaic practice in to a Art form. Extremely Impressed. mine was a slight emergency and my regular guy was sick. I called and got in in 2 hours. Goodbye to my 30 year dentist and hello to "Exquisite Dentistry" A practice like this and the care is 21st Century.
