Mr. Dunson made me feel welcome upon entering the Extra Space Storage store (Mt. Vernon Highway, Atlanta, GA. 30328) and was very helpful with questions I had. I will definitely return to this store location, as well as tell my friends, because of the great service he and Tasha provided.

I’ve been up now for eight months of Extra Space Storage and up until this month. Everything went great until they jacked my rent up to double what it used to be. I was paying $67 from an Internet special. They did not have an expiration date and this month they decided to raise my rate to $134, we can raise your rent as long as we give you a 30 day notice that’s noted in your lease about what I’ve been told by the management.
