I had a wonderful experience when going to Extra Space Storage. We all know how stressful moving can be but when we went to get a unit we were greeted by Asia and she gave us AMAZING customer service. Asia went over pricing, showed us the unit, and gave us the best rating. She made us feel at ease and was very informative and thorough with everything, she got us in and out. I highly recommend this location and going to go see Asia if you're in the process of moving and need a storage unit!!

Tim got Me in a vehicle storage spot and handled the contract forms promptly. He gave Me great suggestions where to enter and drive throughout the storage grounds, showing His genuine care. Thank You Tim, and Extra Space Storage.

Manager Tim was excellent at showing us the property and recommending spaces for our motorhome. He gave us a comfort level because of who he is and because he is on site. Made the whole process easy and helpful! We definitely recommend him and his extra space storage location!

I've been renting units at this facility for a few years now. Fred and Jodi always extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, secure and well-maintained. I've shopped around and I can assure you that I will never rent anywhere else.

I never thought I would be someone who needed a storage locker, but moving out of the house I had lived in for 23 years created the need. The folks at Extra Space Storage in Plymouth Meeting couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They made a difficult transition in my life a bit easier.
