I received a call from Debra after placing a reserve request for a 10x30 from the Extra Space Storage website. Being only 7 min away, Debra greeted me upon my arrival, offered cold water and proceeded to assist me. She was prepared before I arrived having all of my information ready at hand which made me feel valued as a long-term client. I needed a small unit and wanted to be close to my sons unit. I was provided one right down the hall. Also, I had called the day before and given information. When I arrived everything was ready to go.

I found myself unexpectedly needing a storage unit for our furniture while we were moving, and ExtraSpace had the exact type of unit I was looking for at a great price, while most other storage facilities in the area were sold out or only had indoor units available, and I really needed a garage level one. Debra, the manager, made the entire process SO easy and she answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
