Had a unit here for over 5 years and never had a problem. I had to vacate when I filed bankruptcy and Maria was so kind to me. Not only did I not have to pay any additional fees, but she also gave me enough time to clear my items. Good facility with excellent customer service!

This facility is GOLD. I can't stress enough how courteous, friendly and helpful the staff is, or how immaculate the facility is. We had a unit in South Holland for two years and had no problems whatsoever. This is truly an operation that puts their customers first.

the employees here are helpful and kind. the storage facilty is clean and its an easy access to your unit . prices are reasonable.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!!! Go somewhere else!! DEZ the site manager and Kim the district manager are only concerned about taking your money!! I had an issue and Kim the DM never returned my calls even after it was escalated. POOR SERVICE!! DIRTY PLACE!!!

I went to this establishment on 8/26/2021 to put some stuff in there with a truck and behold to me it was closed due to resurfacing . This company didn't give any notice, email , text nothing but the RUDE a manager wants to get all extra that we had pulled in to turn around ! I paid for this in advance so a advance notice should have been given to me . Horrible customer service and if I could give no star I would !!!!
