The employee i spoke with was very nice, patient and helpful when answering all my questions. When i went into the unit to look at different sizes he was nice enough to let me go back in to look at another size.
Staff very courteous and helpful. Have used this temperature-controlled facility over the years and have always been very satisfied.
The staff was ready and able to assist in all aspects of the rental process. A full explanation of how the process works and what and when I could expect to receive notifications and receipts etc. was accurate and straight forward. Made the process very easy.
Customer service and cleanliness of site was the seller for me. I would highly recommend.
