Bill was not only accommodating to our needs, he also understood what we were up against and made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. He took his time and let us know if we needed help he was available. I truly felt he meant it which is a rare in today times.

Extra space storage was able to give me everything I needed to be able to store my equipment without having to keep it at my home, creating extra space at my house. The employee there was extremely nice and walked me through every step and even showed me to my locker. It was a quick and easy process, all in all.

Ease of starting up, excellent customer service, good pricing.
Do not use this business in Malvern, PA. My unit had a water leak and they never compensated me for damage. There's mold, bugs, and rodents. The manager and higher up are totally unresponsive and I had no recourse once I moved in. I was promised a rebate for the remainder of the month when I left and the check was never sent. Avoid them at all costs.
