First we gathered websites in our search area and then chose Extra Space and one other company to investigate further. Next we viewed availability for size and dates, etc. Once we had those issues sorted we called and spoke with the manager. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. This very favorable interaction was wonderful and took one more stressful part of moving off of our list.
Great location for RV storage, clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service, very responsive and easy to contact with questions. Would highly recommend!

Although I initially rented online I was pleased to meet Jody the storage manager. She walked me through the whole process including filling out the lease application on site. She showed me how to access my code, storage unit, use of the lock. She made it very easy
