The personnel at extra space are very friendly and go out of their way to be sure you have what you need. Because of them I forgave the crumbling ceiling tiles. They did provide plastic sheeting to cover my stuff until the problem got resolved.

Great experience with Extra Space. I love the convenient location and hours. Everyone was very nice when I needed help with anything like figuring out how much space I needed for my belongings.
