The only reason I took one star away was because the call center experience was off-putting. I almost went with another place but received a call back from a person at the location where I wanted to use. She was kind and friendly helped me understand the process and directed me to what was best for my needs.
Customer service was very professional, polite and explained everything with ease! The rental unit was clean and well kept and easily accessible!

I have used extra space in the past and everyone was always so friendly and made my process of getting a storage and retrieving my items SO SIMPLE.
The staff is amazingly personable and courteous. The property is very well maintained and is very accommodating to our needs. The units are spacious and a perfect fit for our needs. Plus, the price is great!
