I liked that you can drive up to your unit. The staff is very friendly Celes was a a sweetheart. Im on a tight budget and she help me decide what unit was best for me. I glad I went with extra space storage.

We have had nothing but trouble with the billing here and are finding another place for our storage. From the first they quoted a price of $159.00 but when I went to pay the first month they wanted $ 239.00 and didn’t explain they just automatically put on insurance. I requested to remove the insurance and had to do battle to do that. After 2 months they wanted to raise it again stating the cost of operation went up and yet another battle to get it to $169.00, and now less than a year they want $235.00 and won’t come down.
