RecommendedSpace was clean when arrived. only problem was poor customer service. We couldn't find our unit went inside office felt unwanted. Was not greated by the staff they just looked at me. I mentioned was trying to find my unit was shown a computer screen and told it was at this area. Went back outside looking for unit could not find it I finally found a door in unit building opened door found my unit inside. Find another place for your storage needs... This place capitalizes on our country’s growing problem of hoarding things we really don’t need. Unless you have short term needs, steer clear of this place. Although the site is convenient and easily accessible, their policies are corporate and highly inflexible, rates are inconsistent, go up by high percentages yearly, and if you happen to be late by 5 days, just by oversight, you must pay 20 percent of an already high rate.
