I've been using Extra Space storage for years and haven't had anything negative to say about them. Last visit was 2 days ago to advice the Saugus personnel that I would be having my stuff removed from property before March 10th so mom won't have to pay an extra month for an empty unit so Jolie Perkins was very helpful and very nice and took care of it.I would definately recommend the Saugus Extra Space Storage....

Hi!! My husband has a storage space and I had to come to the office to pay his monthly bill as well as switch units. My representative was Jodie. She was very personable and was very informative of charges when we switched units. Storage units are clean and spacious for the price offered. Also my children were there and while I was doing the paperwork she was nice enough to help me with them. Thank you Tanya C
