If this review was based solely on customer service of people who work in the Saugerties office, we would give 5 stars. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. However, we cannot recommend Extra Space as a company. We rented our unit for $400/ mo in May, which was already much higher than local market value but finding any size storage unit at the time was extremely difficult, so we took it.
