If this review was based solely on customer service of people who work in the Saugerties office, we would give 5 stars. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. However, we cannot recommend Extra Space as a company. We rented our unit for $400/ mo in May, which was already much higher than local market value but finding any size storage unit at the time was extremely difficult, so we took it. After our third payment, we received a postcard notification that following month the rate would increase by 20% to $... read more
