Horrible ! DO NOT RENT A STORAGE SPACE HERE!! Unethical unprofessional disrespectful . Imposes unfair unethical foreclosure fees for customers who bank acct was hacked. Terible Tom on site manager. disrespectful to customers. Charges $20 for a lock. Unethically raises rates on a $23 5x 5 unit to $95. Worst company ever. AVOID!!!
The storage facility is adequate. The best part is that they have carts available to transport items from the parking lot to the storage locker. It appears that the hours have recently changed and it's no longer possible to access storage space on Sundays which is very inconvenient.
