Kevin the store associate was pleasantly friendly and had a great attitude. There were some minor technological issues, which he did everything he could to fix and if he couldn't, he followed-up with a solution.

Great facility here and has been undergoing upgrades consistently for the last several years. Better gates, improved fencing, improved cleanliness, and well maintained. The location is right where it needs to be, a moment from the highway and pretty close to my home, and is going to help tremendously when we go to move to a new house in a little while. Also worked with Kevin (Manager), who was friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating.

I started this earlier in the survey. I believe the units should have been built better. I fear water will get in, but only time will tell. Kevin made decision making very easy for me. He conducts himself and his business very well. I am satisfied with my choice.
