The experience was way less than what I expected. The receptionist Robin checked me in to rent the only 8X10 available. However, when we got to the unit for inspection it had furniture and boxes in it. Robin called Alyssa Moore the team leader to ask if she she could upgrade me to the next unit 8X15 at the same price as 8X10. I was disappointed that Alyssa Moore showed no compassion and said no.
