Customer service from Carlos, from the first phone call, to the signing-up in person, to the instructions, to the personal tour and demonstration of safety, entry/exit, accessing, etc., was absolutely the best! The facility is very, very clean. Trolley's are always accessible. The elevator is trustworthy. The security is the best. The height of the unit is excellent. I just cannot say enough about how glad I am that I chose Extra Space in Hackettstown for our personal items. I recommend this facility without reservation!
