One phone call did it all. I was given the up to date information I needed to make an informed decision. Staff was professional, friendly & very helpful. I like that the fact that the facility is climate controlled, and I feel, very secure. I might add that this is my 3rd experience with Extra Space Storage in Hackettstown, so that pretty much speaks for itself! I
I have used this business for about 2 -3 yrs. never had a problem with my units and the price is great for the service you get. Place is always kept clean and the service is fantastic. Madonna and Anthony always are willing to help with whatever you need for your units. I have moved to Texas and will continue to use Extra space storage for my needs.
