Outstanding service, Rachel explain and answered all my questions, when I arrived to the location I was greeted by Cheyenne, customer service outstanding from the time I called to the time I arrived took me 30 minutes max I was very satisfied with the service overall.

First utilized EXTRA SPACE STORAGE on Millbiury St Worcester MA and have relyed on expert staff and support during the past 10 years. Tenisha has been super and I never had a complaint. I’ve never booked anything so efficiently and easily as this storage unit! Phone calls were answered in a timely fashion and a friendly way. The online process was smooth and straightforward. Would recommend to anyone!
