We made a reservation to store some items. The young man who just called to confirm the details was so rude. He spoke over me, didn't allow me to answer his questions interrupting me over and over. I don't need a customer service rep that can't field questions. Further what we were told by the rep yesterday is totally different today. Get your scripts right. We aren't going to use them do to this interaction.
