Ed was very friendly and helpful. Other people I dealt with were pleasant and efficient.
The question about being aware of online rental availability does not allow you to answer "yes, that is how I reserved my space" which I did. I am mostly happy with Extra Space Storage - the only thing I am not happy with is that I could not leave some things that are effected by too high or too low temperatures because it is NOT climate controlled. They require you to pay more for climate controlled space which is ridiculous in Florida which is a place you obviously need climate control cooling. I almost passed out movin... read more

Ease of access, professional staff, reasonable pricing, convenient location, clean and well maintained units. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is lack of 24 hour access. The access are reasonable though.
