RecommendedClean & well lit, everything handy and available, when I called my questions were answered! Rentals online I didn’t have to go through human contact at all! Other places I contacted wanted me to come in, or didn’t include insurance. Move in ready I needed only to bring my stuff!!

RecommendedAt the end of a long drive, with the desire to drop and store our trailer.....this was the 2nd facility we tried. The attendant had the utmost patience and kindness as she directed my husband to back the trailer into the unit with a tight turn! I wish I had her name, but at the moment I do not! Saturday afternoon and above any expectation of customer service! She provided a true welcome to St Louis! Thank you for shining!

RecommendedIt is a very nice and well kept storage facility on Tesson Ferry Rd. in St. Louis MO... Keith was the store manager and he was more than helpful in all regards. Glad we chose this location. Easy access and the unit we needed.

Site is clean and assessable, but nobody working in the store and phone salesman attempted to get me to pay almost double until I reminded him of a lower price on the website. Also told me that its state law that I purchase insurance from Extra Storage, which I haven't found a reference for, and have my own insurance. Ended up being more costly than appears.
