Walker, the facility manager in St. Louis Park has been great. He got us set up with a storage unit in no time, sent detailed instructions for access and has been helpful with a problem that we encountered as well (of our own making). The facility is easy to navigate, clean and well lit.
The staff at my facility are great. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nonetheless, I cannot recommend this company. Extra Space is essentially a corporate fleecing operation. Three months after leasing a reasonably priced storage unit they increased my monthly rental bill 40% with no notice whatsoever.
