Right off the bat, I felt that they went the extra step to make me feel like I made the right decision to rent here. Something as simple as loaning me a lock for my unit for a few days. If they were in business to make as much money as possible with no regard for the customer, then I feel they might have forced me to buy their "special" lock. I felt that they were "compassionate" which is a word I rarely use to describe a business.
