I needed to get 2 storage spaces last minute, Extra Space Storage made it a painless chore. The staff was very nice and professional and the facility was clean and in good order.
Perfectly satisfactory experience contacting them, arranging for a space, registering at desk on site. Perfectly adequate, clean, we'll-maintained, secure buildings. So far, all OK. ONLY THING I DON't like so far is being bugged to rate and review it. I mean they are running their business the way a business should run; but come on its a 5x5 empty space. What can you say about it? Wow it sure is vacuous!????
These people change the locks on storage and will not let you have your belongings. Storage has been used for 7 years and their excuse is they sent the new keys to a 5 year old address, when the keys came back to them they never bothered to call. Payment made on time for years and this is the service provided. We called a week prior informing we were going to empty the unit and were not told we could not get access. 1000.00 spent on a rental truck and 3 hourly laborers wasted because the "Manager" would not give us the keys ... read more

I contacted them in October to rent a 10 X 20 storage unit and they set me up right away. The quoted price was $166.00 per month with an upfront administrative fee of $25.00. They sent me a contract with a clause that said that there was a 30 day notice to raise the rate. On February 7, 2022, I got a card in the mail that indicated that they were going to raise the rate to $246.00 as of February 12, 2022. The card said that it was mailed on 1/07/2022.
