Staff is excellent, having climate controlled units is great, having a large drive up unit is awesome, property is clean, well-maintained, and secure.
Easy access very clean and super friendly service
The customer service I received was awesome from the time I walked in to the time I actually moved into my unit. The staff is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel at ease by walking the grounds to ensure everything is secure making sure help is available if needed.
Awesome employer with great patience
This place is AWESOME! This is the second time We've rented from them. I had the pleasure of having Damien assist me. He was very professional helpful & patient because I had no idea what size space I really needed. I also had the pleasure of meeting and having the site manager Crystal work with my husband and I as well on a different day she was just as wonderful. Thanks so much! I would absolutely reccomend Extra Space Storage on W. Market.
