Michael is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely understanding! Iâ€™m in the middle of coordinating an unexpected move out of my apartment and into a storage unit as my closing date was delayed due to remodeling taking longer then expected. Buying a house is stressful enough, but Michael was able to understand what I was looking for & quickly help me determine which storage unit size would be best for my needs. I began moving items into the unit a couple days after signing the paperwork in the office and the unit was exactly where Michaelâ€™s diagram showed me it would be-even had a tag with my name on it!
