I really appreciated the personalized attention we got from Michael, who made sure we had exactly the units we needed, where we needed them (next to one another!), and felt comfortable accessing them. It didn't take a long time, but it went a long way for us to feel confident and satisfied accessing the units on our own.
Clean facility, easy to access, very responsive management - no lights on the exterior at night though and map was confusing
Excellent customer service from initial phone call to choosing the right size space in a convenient spot. Thanks!!
