I have utilized Extra Space Storage for years. I can honestly say that I’ve never been spoken to nor treated as badly as I have recently at the Fortmill location. I was exhausted after spending two long days moving my belongings. I went into the office to request that one of the two units which I occupy be canceled. Apparently that was asking to much.
