As a customer of 2 years here I can confidently say that the people at the location have always made me feel comfortable and confident in their services. The new guy they have is really on top of his game. He keeps things clean, keeps operations in check and is always there to help me lower my rate when I get an increase. Ms. Snertha, the assistant store manager, was cordial and nice enough to take the time to show me a few storage units and answer any questions I had. This place is clean, secure, and modern. Ask for Angel as he spent the time and effort to show me around the facility and got me in the appropriately-sized unit.
The reviews are what intrigued me most as I just relocated back from CA and didn't have a clue where to start. Christina called me within minutes of booking my reservation online to make sure all my questions were answered. I had gone to another storage unit nearby and the woman working had no clue where the unit was and we walked around half the floor before finally stumbling on it.
